Established in 1993, the company's primary products are Porcelain Bushing Metal Parts, Fabricated Copper Busbar, Copper Flexible Jumpers, Special Non-Ferrous assemblies & parts as per customer’s requirement, and specifications. The company caters to major Electrical Transformers, Switchgear & Power Electronic Equipment Manufacturer globally thus helping in building a strong and reliable electrical infrastructure in various streams such as Power Generation & Distribution, Railways, Refineries, Steel, Cement, Construction and Textiles.

The company has invested in state-of-the-art machines & quality control systems that assure quality Products & short turn-around time to projects. In our long-running and steadily growing business, we have developed a highly professional & dedicated workforce capable of offering consistent quality and timely delivery as per committed timelines. The factory is located in Rabale MIDC, Navi-Mumbai area near Mumbai city with a working area of approximately 36,000 square feet. The manufacturing unit has very close proximity to the International airport & seaport. Keeping pace with the needs of the business, the company has gone ahead and got the facilities ISO 9001:2015 certified. Jayesh Shah

Founder & CEO

Mileen Engineers is run under the able guidance of Mr Jayesh Shah, our founder & CEO. He has worked his whole career in the Transformer industry and brings over 45+ years of experience to the Company. After 16 years of dedicated service in the Transformer Accessories industry, he decided to open his venture. So with a small space of 180 Sq. Ft area he made his humble beginning in 1993. However, with his hard work, commitment, and astute planning, he has come a long way and taken the company to astonishing heights. He is still very much involved in all aspects of the business and continues to take a hands-on approach to ensure Mileen Engineers remains one of the top companies in the industry and achieves its motto of advancing business Excellence.

ASHISH Shah

Production Head

Mr. Ashish Shah joined Mileen Engineers in 1994 after working for 10 years in the Service Industry. Since then he has been a key pillar in growing and expanding the business to make it reach the status it has achieved today. He completely takes care of the production and with his excellent planning skill, cordial relationship with workers and vendors, he ensures that stringent quality measures are followed and products are delivered on a timely basis as per its committed timelines. He believes in the principle of constant improvement and is always on the lookout for improvement of existing measures and processes and keeps on training himself and his team for the same.

ADITYA Shah

Operation Head

Aditya Shah is the second generation joining the business. He is the young blood who brings a wealth of knowledge with his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from K.J.Somaiya Polytechnic -Mumbai, followed by Bachelors in Electrical Engineering for prestigious Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) -Mumbai and finally rounding it off with MBA Degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research - Mumbai. He joined the company in 2012 not before getting ground-level experience and training for a few years in the electrical industry. His focus areas are Sales, Operation Quality & New Development. He is technically driven and his knowledge & background in Sales & Product process improvement is the perfect match for his drive to help clients find the right solution in optimum time. He also enjoys the customer service side of sales and has built strong client partnerships over time. He ensures that all the products are up to pre-set quality standards. He is also the Management Representative for the ISO Certifications.

The management is supported by a team of qualified, hardworking, and self-motivated team members who work with the same zeal and enthusiasm as the management. Also, the management ensures that the team is taken well care off and provides them with a win-win environment ensuring growth for all involved with the company.
