Brazing is a specialised process in which two or more metals are joined together at a high temperature by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint. At Mileen we have developed our expertise in jointing Copper & Copper Alloy by brazing process with over 27+ years of experience. In-house we have 3 types of brazing process developed that is flame, Induction & Resistance Brazing & have a team of ISO 13585:2012 Qualified Brazed for performing the Brazing operation.
We produce high volumes of Brazed Copper assemblies of various shapes and dimensions as per customer specifications. Our Brazed assembly is economical and is proven to be extremely reliable under critical operation.

We offer special twisted copper rod processed using special tooling and automated machines, so as to provide 3 dimensional bending as per customer requirements. These type of 3D copper Rod or Tubes are used in a wide range of applications from low to extra high voltage operation this type of connection offers critical bends options and high space saving inside the transformer. They are mostly used in Traction, HVDC & Scott-T Transformers connections as per customer requirements also ends of such connection can be terminated with Special copper connectors duly brazed.
